Working Pattern: 22.5 hours per week ( Wednesday- Friday: 07:45am- 15:45pm), term time + 3 training days.
Newcastle Bridges School is seeking to appoint an administrative assistant with relevant experience (in a school or similar environment) to join our busy, friendly admin team, to start as soon as possible. The successful applicant will be based at the school’s main site at Kenton, however may be expected to work at any of the school’s sites as required. The post holder will be expected to be able to manage their own workload and respond to the many interruptions of a busy school office. The post holder needs to be committed, flexible and motivated in their work. Training and support will be provided to the successful applicant.

Prosper Learning Trust was established in January 2018 with Newcastle Bridges School and Mary Astell Academy. Thomas Bewick School joined in 2019, Harry Watts opened in September 2020 and Gilbert Ward Academy opened in September 2023. The successful candidate will be deployed initially at Newcastle Bridges School but will be expected to work at any Prosper Learning Trust site should the need arise.
